Our digital collaboration
hub has gone live

With under 70 days to go, we are pleased to announce our third keynote speaker at this year's EMEA Regional Conference in Budapest: Elisabet Vinberg Hearn, a recognised authority on digital transformation leadership.

The 2020 EMEA Regional Conference will take place in Budapest from 11-13 May and as the region’s flagship event, is expected to attract 100+ delegates and their companions. The three-day event will connect accountants, tax advisers, lawyers and specialist (Preferred Partner) members from within and outside the region. Attendees will be involved in structured networking and educational sessions designed to enable them to uncover and develop new cross border opportunities together and to exchange ideas and share individual challenges.

Following our previous announcement of keynote speakers Mark Lee and Joe Lynam, we are pleased to announce that international strategist and award-winning author Elisabet Vinberg Hearn will join us the morning of Thursday May 13. Elisabet will give a presentation and lead a roundtable discussion on what future leaders at professional services firms need to be good at and how to get there, fast. She will dive into the important role of leadership as THE driver of business and digital transformation.

Elisabet, the CEO of Katapult Partners and a co-founder of Think Solutions UK, is a leading voice on future leadership, winning teams, collaboration and culture change in organisations, and enabling and engaging people through business and digital transformation. As an international consultant, speaker and executive coach, she has worked with companies such as American Express, Royal Sun Alliance Group, H&M, Skanska, City & Guilds, Greenpeace, IKEA, SOS Children’s Villages and ABN-AMRO.

Elisabet has also co-written two multi-award-winning books on the subject of winning teams: The Team Formula and Leading Teams: 10 Challenges, 10 Solutions. Her third book, the Amazon bestselling The Leader’s Guide to Impact was released by Financial Times Publishing in 2019.

Elisabet comments:

“Leadership keeps changing. What was needed yesterday is not the same as what is needed today or will be needed tomorrow. New business, organisational and world challenges such as digital transformation, the increasing speed of change, and the expectations of new generations are some of the reasons why the concept of leadership needs to change fast to meet the demands of a fast-moving future.”

We have created a strong programme for this year’s event with sessions that will educate, inform you about Alliott Group’s strategy and that will also help to drive new business into your firms. Additional speakers will be announced soon.
