Our digital collaboration
hub has gone live

The appointment expands AGA’s European law firm coverage to a new jurisdiction and ensures that international companies served by AGA offices now have access to a comprehensive range of legal services in Switzerland.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Zurich, Allegra Law is a rapidly expanding firm offering a broad range of legal services, including banking and finance, capital markets, corporate M&A, data and blockchain technology, litigation, international arbitration, and employment and immigration law.

With substantial expertise in financial markets law, the firm is the first and only Swiss law firm to specialise in the licensing of digital stock exchanges and financial market infrastructures. Allegra Law advises both domestic and international clients on capital markets issues, representing issuers, financial market infrastructures, and related stakeholders.

Allegra Law’s corporate practice is particularly strong in cross-border M&A transactions, while its dispute resolution team handles commercial and financial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, advocating for clients before Swiss authorities, national and international courts, and arbitral tribunals.

In addition, Allegra Law is committed to fostering international collaboration and business development. The firms act as hosts of the Swiss Asian Chamber of Commerce and incorporated GB4U (Global Business 4 Ukraine), a Swiss association.

Business at the firm is conducted in the German, English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Mandarin, Serbian and Romansh languages.

Partner Marcel Hostettler comments:

“We are delighted to be appointed as AGA’s legal representative in Switzerland. Our team looks forward to leveraging the alliance’s resources and understands the value of meeting fellow members at regional and global events.
“Through our new expanded international profile, we are now better positioned to support both our current clients and those of AGA member firms with operations in Switzerland.”

Giles Brake, Alliott Global Alliance CEO, adds:

“The addition of Allegra Law to our alliance marks a significant milestone for our European alliance, the German speaking region, and our global presence. Switzerland remains a prime destination for international investment, and the international companies served by AGA member firms often require top-tier professional support in this market.
Following a rigorous due diligence process, we are thrilled to welcome Allegra Law as our trusted partner. We extend a warm welcome to our new colleagues in Zurich and look forward to a successful collaboration.”
