A new accounting firm is born in Italy

The recent merger between Sorefisa SpA and Studio Bifulco has created a new firm in Milan, BES Associati.

We are pleased to report of a real success story in Italy with long-standing Milan accounting firm Sorefisa merging with Studio Bifulco to create BĒS Associati, thereby introducing a new player into the world of tax and corporate consultancy.
Sorefisa SpA, in which EMEA Region Chair Giorgio Marcolongo is a partner, was originally an audit and fiduciary company, but has grown over 40 years into a professional services firm that offers a broad range of services. As a member of Alliott Group, the firm has developed a strong international profile in the Italian tax and accountancy marketplace. Members will also be very familiar with Diego Vanasia who is also a partner in the new firm.
Studio Bifulco is a boutique firm of chartered accountants founded almost 25 years ago, which has developed a specific focus on cross border matters.

The firm's email and website communications will henceforth use those that have been established for the new firm, however the old e-mail addresses of Sorefisa and Studio Bifulco respectively will remain active for a certain period of time to ensure a seamless migration.
