Ravan & Co. CPAs joins Alliott Global Alliance in Miami

The Top 25 locally owned CPA firm is based in Brickell, Miami’s financial centre, and is a fast-growing accounting firm that provides a wide range of tax, accounting and business advisory services to US and foreign companies and individuals.

The connection to AGA immediately expands Ravan & Co.’s reach to 80 countries across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions, increasing their capacity and enabling the firm’s professionals to deliver high levels of service wherever in the world they are needed.

A significant proportion of the firm’s work involves supporting clients from Latin America investing in the US and advising on outbound investments by their US clients into Europe and Asia. The firm specializes in advising on cross border investments and international real estate funds, import and export activities, and supporting professional services firms. The firm’s client base is 60% international.
Having grown initially by acquisition, the firm has experienced strong organic growth in the last few years and throughout COVID-19.

Staff at the firm can conduct business in the Spanish, English, Farsi, and Hindu languages.
