AGA is one of the largest and fastest growing global multidisciplinary alliances, with 220 law and accounting firms operating out of 300 offices in some 100 countries.

Effective 1 July 2024, Marta, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Woloszanski & Partners Law Firm in Warsaw, Poland and David, Corporate Tax Partner at Alliotts in London, will serve five-year terms.

The alliance’s regional committees form an important part of AGA’s governance structure by representing the members’ interests and views in their respective regions and by driving forward the region’s strategy in consultation with the Board and Executive Office team.

Marta comments:

"This appointment offers an excellent opportunity for me to help strengthen AGA's presence and raise the profile of the brand throughout Europe and the broader EMEA region. The regional committee is a platform to exchange views and insights, examine challenges, and formulate recommendations and strategies with our law and accounting firms. I am particularly excited to support the Alliance in achieving these goals, but most importantly, to harness and build upon the collective ideas and thoughts of all members. I believe the best knowledge comes from within the group, and I see my role as amplifying that collective wisdom."

David adds:

“As a member of the EMEA Regional Advisory Committee, I am now able to contribute to our alliance's strategic planning and I eagerly anticipate representing the interests of our accounting member firms in the European region.”

Maria Zabala, EMEA Chair of Alliott Global Alliance, adds:

"The alliance continues to gain considerable momentum in the EMEA region, and it's crucial that we maintain our strategic development goals. Marta and David's appointments signify our ongoing dedication to assembling the right team to take us forward in the coming years."

Giles Brake, Alliott Global Alliance’s CEO, concludes:

“I am delighted to promote people to our EMEA Regional Committee who command the respect of their peers and possess the skills and dedication necessary to effect meaningful change within the alliance. I have no doubt the business acumen and strategic thinking Marta and David bring to the table will help us to deliver programmes that meet the specific needs of our members and their clients in a region that is so culturally and geographically diverse.”
