Jeffrey S. Berger appointed Worldwide Deputy Chair of Alliott Global Alliance

Effective immediately, Berger will work closely with recently appointed Worldwide Chair, Giorgio Marcolongo, to further AGA's global initiatives and strategic vision.

At Golenbock, Berger is involved in structuring many of the corporate transactions in which the firm is involved, especially in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, limited liability companies, partnerships and S corporations, executive compensation, private equity and venture capital investments.

Since Golenbock joined AGA in 2014, Berger has been a dedicated advocate, serving on the Board with distinction first as North America Regional Chair, and then later as Legal Chair representing the interests of AGA's law firm members. Under Berger’s tenure, the legal membership has expanded significantly, growing from 30 firms to over 90, reflecting his dedication and impactful contributions to the Alliance's growth and success.

Berger will support Giorgio Marcolongo in leading the Worldwide Board in developing and implementing AGA’s strategic plan.
