Foundation Law Group joins Alliott Global Alliance in Los Angeles

Founded in 2013, with their main office in downtown LA, the 20-attorney firm offers corporate, intellectual property, litigation, real estate, and tax law advice plus additional services that have a particular emphasis on startups, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, digital media, entertainment, and licensing.

The team mainly works for clients in the tech, retail, media and manufacturing sectors and business at the firm is conducted in the English, Spanish, German, Armenian and Vietnamese languages.

Further growth announcements are anticipated in the region in 2024 as the alliance pursues further strategic growth opportunities in the US and Canadian mid-market accounting and legal services markets.

Further development of the alliance is planned in key commercial centers across the Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest, Southwest, and Pacific Northwest regions.
