Chicago attorneys represent Mitsubishi Group subsidiary in US$5M sale of HQ building

The real estate team at Chicago law firm member Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell, Ltd. (Masuda Funai) recently represented MC Machinery Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of multinational company Mitsubishi Group, in the $5 million+ sale of its previous North American headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois.

MC Machinery Systems, Inc. was represented by Masuda Funai Principal, Keith Groebe, who has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic companies in commercial real estate transactions.
