Themed ‘Together Towards Tomorrow’, Alliott Group’s 2019 APAC Regional Conference takes place from 17-18 June in Shanghai and will bring together senior and managing partners from some of the Asia Pacific region’s leading local law and accounting firms.

Over two days, leaders from Alliott Group’s independent member firms will meet at the Mandarin Oriental in Shanghai to discuss cross border client development, future expansion of the alliance’s membership and other opportunities to capitalise on their membership of the multidisciplinary international alliance which now extends to 160 member firms in 65 countries.

A carefully-selected range of local and international consultants and thought leaders will explain how companies can expand more effectively in China. Representatives from Elson PR, Intralink, NetExpat and AIMS China will provide a greater understanding of what China really wants, the routes to market, intellectual property issues, how to get paid, marketing strategies to connect with Chinese consumers and how to navigate intercultural issues.

Kerry Agiasotis, EVP Asia Pacific at Sage, an Alliott Group Global Preferred Partner, will share insights into how professional services firms and their clients can harness the power of cloud ecosystems to become more agile, integrated and automated ‘connected businesses’ to flourish in this era of unprecedented disruption.

Giles Brake, COO of Alliott Group comments: “We are excited to host our APAC Regional Conference in Shanghai this year. The event promises to be of extremely high quality and will ensure an effective regional forum for the discussion of key business trends, firm improvement strategies and more effective marketing and business development within and outside the Asia Pacific region.”

Alliott Group is experiencing fast membership growth and has already appointed 11 new member firms in 2019. The international alliance is planning to expand its membership in Asian countries and in Australia and New Zealand. Medium-sized general practice law and accounting firms that have a collaborative culture, need access to reliable professional contacts worldwide and that are ready to expand their reach internationally should contact Giles Brake, COO of Alliott Group, for more information.
