Stockholm based tax consulting firm Advice KB has joined Alliott Group, the world’s sixth largest multidisciplinary alliance of independent professional services firms. The alliance has 180 member firms in 75 countries worldwide.
Co-founded in 1992 by Partners Arne Kvarnström and Mikael Westin, the Top 10, seven partner firm mainly assists companies and private individuals with long-term tax optimization and tax advice. A large proportion of their clients are entrepreneurs who run medium-sized businesses and Advice KB has helped many set up foreign subsidiaries. The ethos of the firm is one of building long-term relationships and of promoting a working environment where knowledge is shared, and new experiences quickly become common knowledge.
Advice KB’s tax expertise interconnects with the legal services offered in Stockholm by the alliance’s law member, Titov & Partners. With GALST also providing legal representation in Denmark, the alliance is starting to develop a strong presence in the Nordic region which will benefit clients wanting to work with an alliance of medium sized professional firms who take a more personal and collaborative approach to providing services.
Arne Kvarnström comments:
“We are excited to join Alliott Group and to represent the alliance in Sweden alongside law firm member Titov & Partners. Membership of an international group is new territory for us, and it will play an important part in expanding provision of our tax services to many new markets, while enabling us to remain completely independent. We pride ourselves on our excellent client satisfaction rates and will continue to provide high standards of service to our increasingly international client base.”
Alliott Group COO Giles Brake adds:
“Advice KB are quickly establishing themselves within our global alliance and have already interacted with various members and participated in a multi-jurisdictional RFP we submitted to a major global bank. A recommendation to a high calibre firm by an existing member is a solid endorsement of our group, so we are hugely grateful to Titov & Partners for introducing us to Arne Kvarnström at Advice KB. Their focus on serving entrepreneurial, medium sized businesses of which a growing percentage have interests outside of Sweden, makes Advice KB a great fit for our alliance. The team at the Executive Office in London extends a warm welcome to everyone at the firm.”
In 2020, Alliott Group has expanded its membership to European countries including in Slovenia (BGO), Sweden (Titov & Partners and Advice KB), Ireland (BHSM), France (CS Avocats Associes) and Macedonia (TRPENOSKI Law Firm to be announced soon).

We assist our clients with long-term tax optimisation and tax planning, both for the company and for the individual owner. 85% of our customers are entrepreneurs running closely held companies.
