Founded in 2020 by Jakub Joska and headquartered in Prague, the firm has a strong focus on financial law with an emphasis on licencing, regulatory compliance, AML, ESG, GDPR/data protection, transactional and corporate governance, employment law, real estate, and IT and Intellectual Property (IP). The team at Greats work mainly for domestic and international clients in the financial (fund managers, investment firms and banks), architectural, pharmaceutical and IT and IP sectors.

A member of the Czech Capital Market Association and Czech and Polish Bar Associations, staff at the firm are multi-lingual with business being conducted in the Czech, English, Slovak and German languages.
