Alliott Global Alliance expands to Egypt through accounting firm EO GROUP (EOG)
31 January 2022
Alliott Global Alliance (AGA), one of the world’s largest global multidisciplinary alliances, has expanded its presence further into North Africa by appointing EO GROUP (EOG) Chartered Accountants & Consultants as its accounting firm representative in Egypt.
EOG’s experienced team offers core expertise in accounting, audit, and tax advice, and strategic partnerships in financial consulting, HR outsourcing, advisory, IT and insurance brokerage add extra client value through a ‘one-stop-shop’ approach. The firm’s sector specialisations cover growing areas of the local and international economy such as healthcare, technology & digital transformation, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
Affiliation with AGA enables the firm to provide advice and support to a growing client base of national and international clients through access to the alliance’s 200+ member firms in 90 countries. Business at the firm is conducted in Arabic and English.
This latest appointment follows the recent appointment of Fares Legal in Algeria and Libya and strengthens AGA in a challenging but strategically important and resource-rich region of the world.
Mostafa Essam, Executive Partner comments:
“By joining AGA as its exclusive accounting firm member in Egypt, we will now be able to refer local clients with business outside of the region to our global experts in 90 countries and by marketing ourselves as part of this reputable brand, we aim to attract additional reputable clients who require support in different jurisdictions.
“We look forward to exchanging business opportunities and work experiences with our like-minded colleagues around the world and I am delighted to be part of this high growth international alliance.”
Alliott Global Alliance CEO, Giles Brake, adds:

During our due diligence process, EO GROUP (EOG) demonstrated their ability to meet the high standards expected of every AGA member firm and to reach with us towards our shared vision and goals. We look forward to supporting the future growth of EOG and to working with Mostafa and team to generate new client development opportunities in this important jurisdiction.”
