Alliott Global Alliance appoints KP Accounting Solutions in Serbia

The strategic partnership expands KP Accounting’s reach to over 300 cities in 95 countries and positions the firm as a global solutions provider in their national market. Affiliation with AGA ensures KP Accounting’s clients have seamless access to a full range of accounting, tax, advisory and legal services wherever and whenever needed.

KP Accounting’s appointment enables AGA to provide the ‘one stop shop’ of professional services in Serbia to mid-size international companies expanding into and out of Serbia. Founded in 2019 and based in Belgrade, KP Accounting, headed up James Thornley, Boris Milošević and Nikola Milovanović, all ex-senior partners and managers in one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms, provides accounting, payroll, tax, incentives compliance support, directorships, and transfer pricing services.

Highly regarded and possessing extensive knowledge of the accounting market gained collectively over 30 years, the firm’s partners have been involved in many high-profile transactions in Serbia and Montenegro, with the firm’s main competencies in this area covering M&A, restructuring, financial and accounting advisory, corporate finance, and forensic investigations.

Working mainly in the tech, marketing, administrative, construction and development sectors, the firm’s staff are multi-lingual with business being conducted in the Serbian, English, and German languages.
