ADCO Law has appointed Seongho Ho as Foreign Counsel further strengthening the firm’s international capabilities and expanding its expertise in cross-border transactions and foreign direct investment.

With over two decades of experience in corporate law, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and international arbitration, Seongho's extensive understanding of the Asian legal landscape and proficiency in managing complex international disputes will significantly enhance ADCO Law's ability to offer strategic legal solutions to clients and fellow AGA members.

Besides enhancing the firms’ international capacity, Seongho’s appointment aligns with the partners’ goal of providing top-tier services to clients across multiple jurisdictions, and, with a background advising major corporations in Seoul and Beijing, Seongho will play a pivotal role in supporting international clients, including in Korea and China.
