Alliott Group, a global collaborative alliance of professional advisory firms, is delighted to have been named as one of three finalists for the 2019 Network of the Year award at the Australian Accounting Awards.

The Australian Accounting Awards are the only national independent awards program for the accounting industry. Recognising excellence across a true cross-section of the accounting sector, the awards celebrate the contributions of individuals and firms who are leading the way.

The Network of the Year award is categorised by the Australian Accounting Awards by the following criteria:

"Joining the right accounting network can transform the way a firm meets its growth targets and its clients’ needs, without sacrificing its individuality or local flair. This award recognises the accounting network that works to give growth opportunities to its associated firms and is focused on enabling quality client services. This award looks at the resources, services and support systems the accounting network provides its associated firms."

As well as being nominated for Network of the Year, Alliott Group is also proud to announce that its Sydney accounting member Allan Hall Business Advisors has been nominated across five categories in the firm-wide and individual awards:

  • Multi-service Firm of the Year
  • SMSF Firm of the Year
  • Employee Wellness Program of the Year
  • Public Accountant of the Year – Michael Bowman

Giles Brake, Alliott Group's COO comments: "The list of finalists features over 270 accounting professionals and firms, so Alliott Group and our Sydney member Allan Hall Business Advisors are honoured to be selected across such a diverse range of categories. We hope to go on and win the award on 24th May!
