Biography
Tendai has an impressive academic background and a diverse professional focus. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law, with majors in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Pearson, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand. To further enhance her expertise in financial transactions, she recently obtained the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe’s Certificate in Corporate Finance.
As a Senior Associate specializing in Commercial Law, Tendai provides valuable legal advice and support across various areas, including Intellectual Property (IP) Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Trade and Investment Law, and Insurance Law. In the IP department, she expertly handles matters related to the protection and management of Trade Marks, Patents, Industrial Designs, and Copyrights.
