This role also gave him wide experience in corporate governance and internal management matters, contested proxy battles and ownership transitions, and he worked closely as Secretary and strategic advisor to the boards and management of these public companies. He successfully led Frontera through the largest CCAA filing of 2016 and has worked with many issuers to help them restructure their balance sheets and businesses. Peter is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors at the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto) and is a former member of the Listings Advisory Committee of the TSX.
