Biography
Olaf Becker is a partner at audalis, Kohler, Punge & Partner - an independent, full-service firm specialized in business, legal, taxation and auditing consultancy services in the Ruhr area in Germany. In addition to advising small- and medium-sized manufacturing firms, he also regularly offers support to firms involved in cross-border activities in collaboration with the Alliott Group network. In this respect, his areas of specialisation include international accounting and tax structuring. He has also gained experience in advising professional sportspeople with regard to tax liablities. He also contributed to a handbook for tax consultants on European tax law, published by the Stollfu� Verlag.
