Biography

Nitin is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior to co-founding Coinmen, he worked at E&Y India as a Transfer Pricing Manager of its TRS (infrastructure and real estate) team, where he was responsible for handling transfer pricing related matters for its clients.
Nitin leads Coinmen's International Tax team. He carries extensive professional experience in various fields of financial advisory including tax and regulatory advisory, transactions advisory, valuations, inbound and outbound investment structuring.

His professional experience includes:

Assisting foreign multinational companies on India-entry strategy along with tax strategies for their business model
Outbound tax planning ideas including devising tax efficient investment and operational structures for Indian businesses/conglomerates
Advising on international tax issues including transfer pricing matters and cross border taxes
Advising on Indian corporate tax and regulatory matters including matters pertaining to Indian exchange control regulations
Investment transactions including transaction structuring, negotiations, due diligence and business valuations.
