Biography
Mickael Tatayas is in charge of the Indirect Taxes department of Tax Consult in Belgium and is a leader of Alliott Group's VAT & Indirect Tax Services Group. Mickael has 10 years experience in VAT consulting and, before joining Tax Consult S.A., was a VAT Adviser at Belgian and Luxembourg tax and accounting firms (Big Four). Mickael daily assists Belgian and international companies in various sectors. He is specialized in European cross-border operations and the realization of local and European VAT mappings, especially for the configuration of accounting software. Mickael shows a specific interest for the manufacturing, telecom, real estate and healthcare sectors. Mickael has authored numerous books and articles in the field of VAT and is regular lecturer for external seminars and business-oriented trainings. Mickael has a degree in law from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve and attended the Master in Tax Management at the Solvay Business School.
