Attorney Marcus Dury LL.M., specialist in IT law and Master of Law & Informatics (Stockholm), specialises in legal advice in IT law and related areas (copyright, trademark and competition law). His many years of experience in copyright, trademark and competition law issues help him to quickly assess risks and develop practical legal solutions. In recent years, he has advised strategically on more than one hundred IT projects. A further focus of his practice lies in advising on all types of IT contracts, e.g. software license terms, IT project contracts or EVB-IT contracts.
In addition, he has registered several hundred trademarks in recent years.
