Biography
Kedar Paranjape is a Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in international taxation and audit & assurance services. He joined the firm in 2019 after a successful tenure at Ernst & Young (EY) as a Senior Tax Consultant, where he specialized in cross-border taxation, including advisory on transfer pricing regulations for various MNCs.
With a strong foundation in international tax planning, transfer pricing compliance, and documentation, Mr. Paranjape now leads the firm’s individual income tax, international taxation and Transfer Pricing practice. His expertise extends to setting up transfer pricing strategy, regulatory compliance, and tax structuring for multinational businesses and expats. In addition, he plays a key role in the firm’s audit and assurance services, overseeing major audits, including bank and public sector audits.
