Biography
Jose Antonio is a lawyer who graduated from the Andres Bello Catholic University. He has a specialization in Procedural Law from the same university (200) and completed Master's studies in Private and Comparative International Law at the Central University of Venezuela. He is an undergraduate and graduate professor at the Andres Bello Catholic University and at the Metropolitan University.
He is also a Member of the VENANCHAM Arbitration Committee since 2003, Founding Member of the Venezuelan Arbitration Association (AVA) and Vice President of Academic Affairs, Member of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club, Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce, Arbitrator of the Business Center for Conciliation and Arbitration and Secretary General of FEDEUROPA.
He has been practicing law since 1997 and has extensive experience in Civil, Commercial, Procedural and Private International Law (in the area of Civil, Commercial and Procedural Law); as well as in the use and application of Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
