Mr. Ginsberg's practice focuses on the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of office, retail, industrial and residential properties and the structuring of various joint venture entities. He has counseled numerous real estate investors and funds in the acquisition of distressed real estate and debt. Mr. Ginsberg's clients included developers, real estate funds, lenders and borrowers, various landlords and tenants. He represents lenders and borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions throughout the United States. He has closed on the acquisition and sale of well over a billion dollars of office and residential properties in the U.S.
