Biography

Isabella advises Brazilian and foreign clients on real estate transactions, interfacing with several areas of law, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate, capital market and banking, especially in infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, with focus in real estate projects (urban and rural). Isabela also advises clients on the analysis and drafting of several real estate agreements, acquisition and regularization of real properties and its related rights, development of real estate projects, and coordination of legal due diligences processes to verify the viability and measures to be taken to regularize the real properties.
