Hind Aouane, Founder
Biography
Hind is active in many economic sectors, including banking, aeronautics, energy, telecommunications, distribution and mining.
She teaches corporate law and corporate restructuring at the International University of Casablanca and is currently finalizing her doctoral thesis on economic concentrations.
Hind was for many years legal manager in one of the largest real estate structures in Morocco before joining a renowned Moroccan firm as a senior lawyer where she was able to intervene in the realization of several structuring projects in Morocco.
She is a lawyer at the Casablanca Bar, a temporary professor of law and holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of Casablanca.
