Biography

Godwin Osagie is the Managing Partner/C.E.O of G. E. Osagie & Co. and serves as the Lead Client Service Partner for their Audit and Tax engagements. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a certified tax consultant, and has varied experiences across industries. He has over 25 years of post-qualification experience in auditing and accountancy and exposure to financial services, oil and gas, construction, retail, and manufacturing industries as well as not-for-profit organizations. He has also been involved in the review of organizational structures, evaluation of internal control systems, installation, and systems documentation for various organizations. He had 15 years of professional experience with Akintola Williams Deloitte before he teamed up with another group of chartered accountants to establish the firm in October 2011.
He is a member of the Professional Practice Monitoring Team of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Countries of his work experience include Nigeria, South Africa, the United States of America, and Canada.
