Biography

As co-chair of Hahn Loeser's San Diego Litigation Practice group, Gabe dedicates his practice to serving clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and real estate matters.
In his commercial litigation practice, Gabe represents clients in a broad array of business disputes, often serving as their outside general counsel on day-to-day issues. Gabe has litigated and advised clients on issues involving contract disputes, corporate governance issues, shareholder and director disputes, business interference, trade secret, and product liability litigation.
Gabe represents clients from various industry sectors in the defense of consumer litigation involving the CLRA, Unfair Business Practices, Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Gabe's representation of clients in these areas includes defense of class actions as well as individual claims.
Real estate litigation is also an area Gabe has diverse and in-depth experience and proven results representing clients in construction disputes, real property purchases, homeowners' association disputes, and real property disputes involving easements and encroachments. In addition, Gabe represents clients in connection with commercial properties including issues related to commercial lease disputes and property management. Gabe's real estate clients include owners of residential and commercial properties, homeowners' associations, contractors, appraisers, surveyors and real estate brokers.
Gabe's experience in business and real estate litigation has allowed him to represent clients such as investment advisors, real estate professionals and accounting professionals in professional liability claims including negligence, conversion, slander of title and elder abuse claims.
In his practice as a real estate and commercial litigation attorney, Gabe has represented and served as national coordinating counsel for business clients in a wide variety of disputes, including trade-secret litigation, breach of contract issues, consumer litigation and breach of fiduciary duty issues. He has represented clients in trial and arbitration and works closely with his clients throughout the litigation process, including law and motion, class certification and injunction hearings. Gabe keenly develops the best strategies to meet his clients' litigation and business objectives.
