Biography

Dimple holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Zambia and was called as an Advocate to the Zambian Bar in 1995. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
During her career she has served as Assistant Advocate at Messrs. Lisulo & Company and in the Attorney-General's Chambers. She was Legal Director in the Stock Broking and Capital markets firm Pangea Partners and went on to be Group Legal Manager and Company Secretary Vaja Holdings Limited before taking up a Partnership position in firm and finally establishing and founding RCA.
Dimple possess specialized skill and practical knowledge in corporate advisory and commercial matters. She is a capital markets specialist and has advised extensively in the industry and led the legal advice on the Initial Public Offering of a Multi-National Corporation. She has initiated the listing of public companies on the Lusaka Stock Exchange and acted as Counsel for several companies on exchanges in Europe, the Americas and Australia.
Dimple has mergers and acquisition and competition expertise that she has applied with resounding success over the years. She has an impressive resume of property transactions which set her apart as a competent property law practitioner.
Dimple also has the distinction of having served as Chairperson of the Technical Committee appointed by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zambia to investigate the sale of ZAMTEL and as Chairperson of the Technical Committee appointed by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zambia to investigate the acquisition of RADAR systems at the Lusaka International Airport.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has appeared before the Superior Courts in Zambia. She assists the firms Dispute Resolution arm in certain commercial and business related matters.
