Biography

Mr. Nikodinovski graduated at the Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius State University in Skopje in September 1999, majoring in Jurisprudence. He passed the bar exam in December 2003, and worked for over two years as expert associate Since October 2005, he has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia and is currently working as attorney at law in the TRPENOSKI Law Firm. He is a delegate of the Basic Attorney at Law Association at the Assembly of the Bar Association. He completed successfully the mandatory basic training on the new Law on Criminal Proceedings organised by the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors of the RNM and the OSCE Skopje Mission. He took active part in the work of the Association of Agriculture and Food Processing Industry at the Chamber of Commerce of the RNM on the implementation of the Law on Privatization and Buy-out of Agricultural Land. He took active part in the Forum for Renewable Energy Sources organized by USAID, Winrock international, International Finance Corporation and the Chamber of Commerce of the RNM. Ha is also participating in the work of the Association of Foreign Investors at the Chamber of Commerce of the RNM as representative of several companies that are registered as foreign investments in the RNM, and in the work of the Association of UK Investors in the country. His special interest lies in the areas of Criminal Law and Commercial Law, Law firm he focuses on legal affairs in Telecommunications, Energetic, Mining and Construction, and Public Procurement. He represents several international renowned companies, leaders in their fields of telecommunications services, construction, banking, mining and food processing industry, among others.He is proficient in English and has command of the French language.
