Biography
Alistair has more than 25 years' experience in corporate law. He worked in London at various City law firms for 10 years before moving to Australia in 2004. He joined Deutsch Miller in 2019 where his focus continues to be on providing advice on mid-market M&A transactions, IPOs, finance, and corporate governance to businesses in a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services, technology, IT services, retail, and professional services. His clients include investors, family offices, owner-managed businesses, listed companies, and other professional advisers.
Alistair has presented at the College of Law in Sydney and at the Governance Institute of Australia and has written articles for Family Business Australia and Wholesale Investor Magazine.
